Creative Cloud Libraries error

사진처럼 초기화 중 문제가 발생했다는 메시지가 뜨면서 라이브러리 기능을 전혀 사용할 수 없습니다.

이 문제로 인해 프로젝트의 에셋공유기능을 활용하지 못하고 있으며, 해당 문제를 해결하기 위해서 Creative cloud와 xd를 재설치하고 adobe의 안내문을 모두 따라했지만  문제는 해결되지 않았습니다..T^T

    I have completed all the updates of the Creative cloud app, and have tried other internet, such as setting the DNS address, but the status does not improve.

    Sorry to hear you are unable to use the CC libraries in XD. In addition to what Italo has said, would you mind trying the steps suggested in this article: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-libraries-panel-doesn-t-load-in-desktop-products.html

    I've already tried all the methods in the link. But it's not solved.

    Have you checked if there are any updates available for the Creative Cloud app? Have you also tried with a different internet connection?

    Hi, does this problem only occur on Adobe XD or also on other Adobe suite software?

    It is difficult to check the status of other products because I only subscribe to xd.
