アクロバットⅪproを会社で購入し使用していた者です。先日アクロバットDCの無料期間のみ使用し、Ⅺに戻そうとしたところダウングレードがうまく進まず一度アクロバットをアンインストールしⅪを再度インストールしました。以前購入したシリアル№を再度使用したいのですが、購入当時アドビIDを作成した者が退職しておりシリアルしか手元に情報が無い状況です。シリアルからアドビIDを調べていただくことが出来れば対応願います。不可であれば別の方法を教えていただきたく思います。
