You may try compatibility troubleshooter to install old Acrobat on Windows 10.

Also , if you had attempted and if there is any partial remnant we need to check. run Acrobat cleaner tool and check for specific version which you had attempted to install and if present remove it and try .

If you are using CD , try copying the contents to PC and then attempt to install. 

Creative Suite 5の付属とした場合、AcrobatはVer.9だと思います。

その場合、動作保証されるのはWindows 7までです。

またCS5.5付属のAcrobat Xでも基本は変わりありません。

Windows 10では動作保証外で、基本的にドライバー等まで導入するAcrobatは難しいと考えるしかないでしょう。

またCS5.x自体がWindows 7が動作保証範囲のOSになるので、それらでもオウンリスクが前提です。
