Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017の挙動について

Question

　現在、Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017を使用しており、ファイル（サイズ及びファイルの種類は関係ない）を開き、数十秒すると、応答なしと表示され、10秒程度経過すると、通常通り使用できます。

改善する方法があれば、教えてください。よろしくお願いします。

Hey there!

As described above, upon opening file Acrobat pauses for few seconds and after that its back to normal. Did you notice this behavior upon opening any specific pdf or its with all the files?

Try the following-

1- Check with a different file than the one you are working on.

2- If you haven't got your Acrobat up-to-date then check for latest patch here: https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/ReleaseNotesDC/index.html

3- For testing, disable protected view as explained in the help article here: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-crashes-on-windows-os.html
