IDで書き出したPDFを軽くしようとするとAcrobatが落ちる

毎回、Adobe InDesign CCにて「PDF/X1-a」「PDF/X-4」などで書き出したPDFを

プレビュー用にAcrobat Pro DCで軽くしようとしたら、

「その他の形式で保存→サイズが縮小されたPDF」「その他の形式で保存→最適化されたPDF（標準・モバイルとも）」のどちらでも、
何度やっても落ちてしまいます。
何か、良い解消方法は無いでしょうか？

ちなみに、Acrobat Xでは、普通にサイズの縮小が可能です。

I am may not have understood your query completely, I had to translate your query.

My best guess.

Since you are choosing optimization it will reduce the quality of the document.

If you have to optimize the document why are you converting the InDesign file to PDF/X-4 standard? Try to convert one version of the file in normal pdf with standard options.
