Invalid license number in Acrobat Pro DC

acrobat dc proのオフライン認証途中ですがライセンス番号が不正とのメッセージが表示されます。解決策をご教授願います。

Find your serial number

On which Operating System you are trying to install Acrobat Pro DC- Windows/Mac?
