If you wish to use the Adobe Acrobat DC on a new system, you need to deactivate the application from your old machine.

Take help of the steps mentioned in this help document Activate and deactivate Adobe products

Then you can simply install Adobe Acrobat DC on your new machine from here Download Pro or Standard versions of Acrobat DC | Non-subscription.
