mac 読み上げ　出来ない

電話対応もして頂けずに困っています。

お問い合わせの件ですが、ご利用のAcroba製品のバージョンは何になりますでしょうか？

CS5です。

また、お使いのPCのOSは何になりますでしょうか？

ＭＡＣ　10.11.3

アクロバットを色々といじり終了させほおって置いたらいつの間にか正常に読み上げられるようになりました。
