アフターエフェクトcc2019で起動時にエラーメッセージ「Couldn't find main entry points for Camera Raw.plugin(48,72)」と表示されソフト自体を開く事ができません。

誰か同じ症状でお困りの方で解決方法を知っている方はいませんでしょうか？

To reset your preferences, hold down Command-Shift-Alt immediately after you start the app, keep holding them till you see the reset prefs screen.

If this doesn't work you may need to run an update for After Effects, Photoshop and Camera Raw via the CC app.
