こんばんは！

ひとつ確認してみてほしいのですが、くりえいてぃぶくらうどのフォントの項目で同期済みになってますかね？

あと、以下ページであくてぃべーと扱いになってますかね？

この二点に問題がなければいらすとれーたー終了後にくりえいてぃぶくらうどから一度ログアウトをしてログインしなおしてからいらすとれーたーを起動してファイルを開いてみてください
