fresco起動できません

surfaceでAdobe Fresco(Windows版)をインストールしましたが、起動すると「ドキュメントを読み込み中」という表示が出て、10秒ほどで終了してしまいます。どのようにしたら起動できるでしょうか?

    Also, kindly confirm that you have access to cloud storage in you Adobe account.
