MacOSとInDesginのバージョンについて

仕事上で必要な為、MacのOSをMojave（モハベ）へアップデート予定です。その際に使用可能なInDesginのバージョンを知りたいのですが、どなた様かご教示いただけないでしょうか？可能なダウンバージョンも教えていただけますと嬉しいです。

InDesign (us) から InDesignフォーラム (jp) に移動しました。

 

ところで10.14はAppleのサポート自体は終わりました。

よってセキュリティ的には今後の対応は一切なされないことになります。

仕事でそのような環境を使うとした場合、情報漏洩にもつながる恐れがあることは前提にした方がいいでしょう。

Just to clarify CC2021 will run on Mojave—it’s the latest version CC2022 (17.01) that needs Catalina or later. I’m currently running CC2021 16.4 with Mojave.

ランディさんもおっしゃっておられますが、今選択できるのはCC2021もしくは2022のみです。

CCでインストールできるのは現行バージョンとその一つ前だけに制限されているからです。

ですので、可能なダウンバージョンと言っても、その2つだけに限られてしまいます。

ランディさんが「すぐに2021を入れなさい」とおっしゃっているのは、この「2バージョン縛り」のために、次バージョンが出るとすぐに、古い方のバージョンがインストールできなくなってしまうからです。

Mojaveであれば、本来はもっと前のバージョンが動きます。

というか、じきに「CCでインストール可能なバージョンは、Mojaveでは動作保証がない」という事態になりそうです。

現在の環境のバックアップを確実にとっておき、環境の再構築ができるようにしておいたほうが良いかと思います。

    MacOS 10.14 is compatible with InDesign 2021 and previous versions.

     

    Though if you want to get InDesign 2021 v.16.4, you better subscribe and install it soon. Creative Cloud offers the current and previous two incremental versions of the program for download. InDesign v.16.4 is the second previous version to the current released version. So you want to get it installed on your system like right now.
