CS4 Design Standardのインストールについて

OSの入替えに伴ってアドビ製品の再インストールを行っておりますが、CS4 Design Standardのインストールメディアが見当たらないため、インストーラーをダウンロードしたいのですが、アドビのサイト上で見つけることができませんでした。

現在はインストーラーのダウンロードができなくなってしまったのでしょうか?

ご教示のほど何卒よろしくお願い申し上げます。

    As I understand it, Adobe Customer Support is no longer providing any support for Creative Suites 4 through 6 other than changing the activation number so that they can be installed on new computers. The activation servers are also still available.

     

    If this user wants to download the installation files, then they must have purchased the product as a downloadable product directly from Adobe. A link to the downloadable installation files should then be accessible from their Adobe account.

     

    If all they bought was the CDs or if they purchased from a third-party, then downloadable files are no longer available to them.

    Be aware that there are no legal resellers of this software anymore. If someone contacts you privately, they may well be a scammer. If they claim to be an Adobe employee, they are a scammer. 

     

    If you can find used media, make sure that (a) the seller legally owns it and (b) the seller legally transfers the license to you. https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/transfer-product-license.html

    クラックなどで悪用されていたこともあるので、昨年5月の提供ポリシー変更と同時にインストーラーの公開は終了しています。

    ダウンロード版であればアカウント管理経由で入手できるようですが(当方は未確認)、通常パッケージではその提供はされていませんので、メディアを探すしかないでしょう。

     

    もっとも、アップデータは一部のアプリケーションを除いては全て引き上げられています。

    さらにいえば、CS4の公式動作保証されるOS自体、OSメーカーのサポートはすでに終わっています。

    OSの入れ替えとなると、動作保証されるOSはセキュリティリスクのあるもの、ともいえます。

    アドビから製品を購入しそれをダウンロードによって取得していない場合は、インストーラーをアドビに求めることは難しいということでしょうか。

    My understanding is that if you did not buy the product directly from Adobe as a downloadable product, then Adobe policy is that they cannot supply you with a download link. You can ask Customer Support, but I don't know that they can help.

    Adobe has removed older version from the public web sites.

    You have to contact Adobe directly for a download link. Have your serial number and details of original purchase available. Make it clear that you doesn't need support for an older product but need a download link. Click the link below and scroll down the page to Individual “Sign in to contact us” It should be possible to start an on-line chat with an Adobe agent.
