移動ツールが使えない

トラブルの内容　：　 移動ツールで画像を選択する事はできますが、引っ張ったままサイズを大きくしたり小さくしたりする作業が、突然できなくなりました。原因と修復方法を教えて頂けますでしょうか？？

Move tool can not be used for resizing the images.

In case you wish to change the dimensions of the image, please see Resize images in Adobe Photoshop Elements

In case you wish to zoom in or out of yur image, you can use Ctrl/Cmd + '+'/'-' on your keyboard.
