Photoshop Element Editor 2020 がが突然使えなくなった

Mac Os Catalina 10.15.3 を使っているのですが、今まで使えていたPhotoshop Element 2020 Editor 2020が突然使えなくなりました。

ワークスペースを読み込みます　という画面から一向に進みません。 Photoshop Element や Adobe Elements 2020 Organizer は開くことができます。

 

再インストールしましたがそれでも改善しません...。PC自体のストレージも十分にあります。

Any of the instructions don't work or i don't understand,
so I've called your customer support. After we tried so many things it's
fixed.
