photoshop elements 15 のライセンス認証の解除

パソコンを購入時の状態に戻すにあたって、photoshop elements 15 のライセンス認証の解除をしたいのですが、その方法が分かりません。解除しなくても再インストールできるのでしょうか。helpには解除の表示がありません。

Launch PSE15 Editor.

Go to Help > Signout

Complete the process of signout and the activation would be cancelled.
