ADOBEstockについて、ライセンスを取得した画像のダウンロードが出来ません。

「stock-apex-images-prod-ew1.s3-eu-west-1.amazonaws.com のサーバーの IP アドレスが見つかりませんでした。」

というメッセージが出ます。
