dc : Cut function operation error

Are there any known issues with "Dreambox" among adobeacrobatDC cut functionality?

I want to give margin control after going to the Page Box Settings window with page clipping.

If you set the application target to ""cut out"" with the margin function, the margin looks easy to cut, but if you set the application target to ""burp box"", it doesn't cut!

This is the screen set in the first image.

If you set the trim box in the second image, there will be no response like the fourth image in the bottom.


If you set the ""cut-out"" setting as shown in the third image, it is often cut-out like the fourth image.


The fourth image is the reaction when you set "slit box" and "cut-out."


I turned off ACROBAT and deleted it, and I checked with the customer service center and found that the counselor had the same symptom.

Is there a known problem?
