금요일 7시에 갑자기 자동결제 후 취소불가
어도비 클라우드를 개강때 사용하고있다가 사용하지않아 구독을 멈춰놓은줄알고 지내다 오늘인 금요일 7시에 갑자기 결제가되었다고 뜨더군요 사용하지 않은 3달동안 꾸준히 빠져나갔었구요... 이번달거라도 취소하려고 해보니 취소버튼은 없고 문의해서 취소하려고 하니 6시까지밖에 안된다고 하네요 다시 사용할마음도 없어지네요 빠른 환불 부탁드립니다.
