크레이티브 클라우드 엑세스 권한 요청 Request Creative Cloud Access

아니 학생용 모든 앱 이용가능한 플랜 결제했더니 왜 자꾸 엑세스 권한 요청 신청해도 반복적으로 게속 발생해요

해결방법이 있나요? 제가 학생인걸 인증해야한다면 하겠습니다
