결제 후 돈도 계좌에서 빠져나갔는데 주문내역에 표시되지 않습니다

Creative Cloud 학생용 1년 플랜을 결제했습니다.

계좌에서 돈이 빠져나가는 것도 확인했는데, 내 플랜 목록에도 표시되지 않고 주문내역에도 전혀 표시되지 않아 어플리케이션을 사용할수도, 환불할수도 없습니다.

해결방법이 있는지 알고 싶습니다.
