노트북 포맷 후 프로그램 다시 설치가 안돼요

플랜 중 포토그래피로 월 11,000원의 비용을 지불하고 있는데

노트북을 포맷하고나서 다시 포토샵을 설치하려고 하니까

serial number 가 없어서 설치를 못하고 있습니다.

현재에도 비용은 계속해서 자동으로 지출하고 있는데 구매내역에도 뜨지않아서 사용을 못하고 있는데

어떻게 해결을 해야할까요?

    Hi 장소연,

    As you have mentioned you had to format the hard drive of your machine and now when you try to install Photoshop CC again on it, it fails.

    Kindly let us know exactly what happens when you try to install the product, do you see any error codes/messages? If yes, then please share the same with us, you may also take a screen shot of the error window and share that with us. See:FAQ: How do I capture and post a screen shot or video? 

    Also let us know the operating system of your machine with its version.
