오류코드 없이 중단되어 버리고 오류코드 없구요. 다시열기나 승인하라는 문구만나오네요.

시에라 10.12.3버전입니다.
이번에 새로 구매했는데.
처음에 설치할때도 중간에 꺼져버려서 지우고 다시 설치해보고.
여러번 다시 시도해도 보고 언인스톨도 해보고 old로 파일명 바꿔서 해봤는데도 안되네요
늘 32%에서 설치도중 꺼져버려요
대체 뭔 문제인가요 ㅠㅠㅠㅠ
라이트룸때문에 맥북프로를 구매한건데 답답하네요..
어떻게 해야할까요?

then uninstall the cc desktop app, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html
clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html
restart your computer (don't skip this)
reinstall the cc desktop app, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud.
if you're unable to install the cc desktop app at this stage, use an administrator account (solution 3 here, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-missing-damaged.html)
use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials
