재시도를 해도 계속해서 오류라고 뜨는데 어떻게 해야할까요..?

우선적으로 제어판에서 에프터이펙트를 제거하고 다시 창을 열어도

어도비클라우드를 재설치해도 똑같습니다.. ㅠㅠ
