안녕하세요.

다름이 아니라 저희 회사에서 사용중인 illustrator cs6의 시리얼 넘버가 적힌 종이를 잃어 버려서 문의를 드렸습니다.

제품을 구매했었는데 시리얼 넘버를 되찾는 방법을 알려주시겠어요?

    You should be able to find the registration key under My Products, using your (then) Adobe ID here:
