며칠째 전화랑 채팅이 안되네요.

플랜 관련 문의할게 있어서 그런데 아예 연락이 안되니 답답합니다.

저랑 같이 속썩는분 계신가요?

    저도 그래요. 여기저기 검색해봐도 원래 연락이 잘안됐다는 글밖에 없어서 커뮤니티에 들어와봤습니다.

    1월 30일에는 채팅했는데, 그 이후로 추가로 문의하려니 채팅도 안되네요.

    전화도 무슨 문제로 안된다며 바로 꺼져버리고 대체 무슨일인지 모르겠어요.
