23100원짜리결제했는데 왜 23100달러로 결제가된거죠
2018년 6월 4일 7시30분경 저는 집에서 어도비 학생 및 교사에 있는 23100원짜리 프로그램을 결재했습니다.
하지만 결제를 하고나서 보니 23100달러로 결제가 되어있더군요 왜이런거죠
그리고 이문제로 인해 하루빨리 환불하고싶습니다 환불하면 전액환불이 가능한지 또 왜 23100달러로 결제가 되었는지 궁금합니다.
