If you realyl mean PS6 from 2001 or whenever that was, you are out of luck. If you mean CS6, then it should install. If you have specific problems, you need to explain them properly and provide the necessary info.

PS CS6 is compatible with Win 8. So, you can install it and use it. What is the error message that you get while installing PS CS6? Which OS do you have? An error screeshot would help.
