안녕하세요

일러스트 업데이트를 한 후 새로 시작할때마다 툴바 및 도구상자들이 없어져요

방금 전 작업하고 일러스트를 껐다 다시켰을때도 마찬가지 입니다.

갑자기 왜 그런건가요?

업데이트 문제인가요? 아니면 제가 설정을 잘못한걸까요?

    Operating system( Exact version of Windows/MAC)

    Exact version of Illustrator

    Some screenshots or a small video would be a great help to understand what exactly is happening.
