일러스트 최신 버전에서 아크로벳으로 파일 열기

일러스트 최신 버전에서 작업파일을 아크로벳에서 열려고 하는데 안열립니다.

레거시나 cs3에서도 파일이 안열리고 사진처럼 열립니다.

게다가 컴퓨터도 일러스트 작업은 맥으로, 열리는 컴퓨터는 일러스트가 없고 윈도우 입니다.

열리는 방법좀 가르펴 주세요.
