저장시 프로그램 멈춤현상 및 내컴퓨터의 저장이 안되는 현상

안녕하세요. 현재 프로그램에서 저장을 눌렀을결우 저장이 되지 않고 프로그램이 먹통이 되어 사용이 불가능하게 되고 있습니다. 현재 사용 버전의 경우 26.3.1(64bit) 입니다 이 현상은 2일전부터 발생하여 업테이드를 하였지만 동일현상이 반복되고 있습니다. 확인 후 처리 부탁드립니다. 감사합니다.

안녕하세요, 고객님.

간혹 타사에서 배포된, 또는 만들어진 폰트 파일과 저희 Adobe 프로그램간에 충돌로 인해 호환성 문제가 있을 수 있습니다. 폰트 파일들을 전부 백업하셨다가 삭제 해보시고 작업을 진행 해보시기 바랍니다.

    I made two links, and I believe I ought to have separated them by an empty line.

     

    I have just checked again to make sure. As far as I can see the first one works as a link to the Korean Illustrator community, where we are now. I believe A. zora has moved us here.

     

    I added the second link to the main Korean community so that 창용 could see that too and get to any Korean answer page.

    That is strange.  I have the current version of Photoshop and it is not giving me any kind of issues when saving.

    Have you looked to see if there were updates for your computer's operating system?  Sometimes when there are updates available this fixes a majority of issues. Let me know.
