프로그램 실행 후 진행이 안 됩니다

열어도 아무런 창이 뜨지 않고, 파일을 만들려고 창을 떠도 아무런 항목이 뜨지 않는 상태입니다. 왜 이러는 걸까요?

    macOS Ventura를 사용하는 것 같지만 Illustrator와 Photoshop의 이전 버전이 설치된 것 같습니다.
    이전 버전을 제거하고 최신 버전을 하나만 해보면 개선할 수 있습니다.

     

    You seem to be using macOS Ventura, but it seems that older versions of Illustrator and Photoshop are still installed.
    It may be improved if you uninstall the old version and make only one latest version.
