AI app won't show shared libraries and doesn't provide download options for files.

Hi,

Below are the issues I am facing.

1. When I click on https://assets.adobe.com/public/865d9b42-d8e7-4642-4b1e-ec03b27aa228 a link my team member has shared with the rest of the team accounts, I can access the library. However, when I click on the individual file, there is no download button which means I can't utilize the different file formats provided like ai. 

2. I cannot access the above mentioned library on the AI app. It simply doesn't show.
