Adobe PDF installs and upgrades successfully.
Illustrator is the only program that won't install.

I've rebooted three times.
I disabled the firewall.

I've tried running it as an administrator.
It still does not run at all.

My computer specifications are as follows:

Edition: Windows 10 Pro
Version: 22H2

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8565U CPU @ 1.80GHz 2.00GHz
Installed RAM: 16.0GB (15.9GB usable)
System Type: 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
