설치된 RAM - 64.0GB

모니터 - CROSSOVER 325AR3

현제 사용중인 그레픽 카드는
- NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 -

그레픽 카드를 바꾸고 싶은 이유는
1. 사진 작업 속도가 느리다.
2. 화면이 자주 깜빡인다.
3. 색감 표현이 떨어진다.

You are using a G-Sync monitor. Try disabling G-Sync for Photoshop in the NVidia driver - it should stop the flickering

I'm not sure what you mean by "Color Expression fails". This may be an error in the forum translator. Can you explain further.

The graphics card should be fine. Is your graphics driver up to date? Does your screen flicker even when not using Photoshop?
