    I tried to download Photoshop

    Do not download

What version of Photoshop are you trying to download, and in what language?

Do you have a Creative Cloud subscription?

What country are you posting from?

Is that country on the Creative Cloud Availability list?

Can you describe your problem in more detail?

Have you installed the Desktop Application Manager OK, and managed to log on to your account?

What operation system are you using?
