노트북에 용량 차지를 많이 해서

USB에 다운 받고 싶은데

어떻게 해야 하나요?

I'm not sure I fully understand your question , but if you are asking whether you can install Photoshop CC to a USB drive , then no - it needs to be installed onto a local drive.
