이미지 삭제 문의 드려요

안녕하세요, 고객님.

1) 혹시 다른 프로그램 외에 Adobe 포토샵 하나만 켰을 때도 딜리트 키가 적용이 되지 않는지도 확인 부탁드립니다.
2) 환경 설정에 문제가 생긴 것일 수 있습니다.
1. 바탕화면에 새 무제 폴더를 만들어 주세요.
2. 이동 > 라이브러리 > Preferences 순서로 접속 해주시기 바랍니다.

※ 라이브러리가 보이지 않는다면 키보드 자판 중 Option 키를 누르시면 보이실 것입니다.

3. 폴더 및 파일 중 Adobe Photoshop으로 시작하는 파일 및 폴더들을 처음에 만드신 무제 폴더로 옮겨 주시기 바랍니다.
4. 작업이 완료 되었다면 PC 재부팅 해주시고 작업을 다시 해보시기 바랍니다.
