저장 시 다음과 같은 오류가 뜹니다. could not save 'file name' because of a problem writing the print file

작업을 편집 후 psd로 저장을 하려고 하면,

아래와 같은 메세지가 뜨면서 저장에러현상이 발생합니다.

에러메세지 could not save 'file name' because of a problem writing the print file

그리고 '.tmp' 라는 확장자의 임시파일이 폴더 내 생성이 됩니다.

해결방법 아시는 분이 계실까요?
