포토샵 결제 해지

안녕하세요 포토샵 체험판을 사용한 사용자 입니다.제가 포토샵을 일주일 체험판을 쓰고 자동결제가 된다고 하길래결제해지를 하려구 했더니 안되길래 도움말을 보았더니 24시간 후에 보라고 해서 봤는데 계속 플랜취소가 안뜨고 심지어 결제오류라는데 결제 해지할 방법 없나요???? ᅲᅲ ᅲᅲᅲᅲᅲᅲᅲᅲᅲ 도와주세요 돈도 없는 학생인데 갑자기 프랜취소도 결제해지도 안되고 결제 오류에다가 예상치 못한 일이 일어나니 당황스럽고 ㅠ 힘들어요
