포토샵 저장 시 저장오류 및 강제종료 또는 컴퓨터 꺼짐 현상

여러 PSD 파일을 작업 중일때 불특정하게 (모든 파일에서 일어나는 현상은 아니지만 빈번하게)

 

저장 시 (Save for Web) 

 

- 저장 오류 팝업

- 포토샵 강제 종료 : 이 경우 함께 열려있던, 아웃룩, 또는 사내 메신저, 크롬 등이 함께 종료되거나 화면이 검게 변함

- 컴퓨터 강제 종료

 

현상이 나타납니다.

 

* 컴퓨터 포맷 후에도 동일 현상

* windows 10 이용 중

    Hi, what version of Adobe Photoshop are you using? Could you tell us the characteristics of your computer? Have you tried to reset the software preferences?

        Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling Adobe Photoshop? I recommend using Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to uninstall the software and eliminate any corrupt files.
