camera raw/Liquify등 필터 사용이 안됩니다.

안녕하세요~ 몇일전까지 오류없이 잘되던 포토샵에서 상기 필터 몇개가 실행이 안되면서

아래 메세지만 계속 나옵니다.  삭제하고 다시 설치해보고 베타 버전도 실행해보았는데

동일한 에러 메세지만 나오면서 열리지가 않고 있습니다.

고수님들 답변 부탁드리겠습니다.

 camera raw 실행시  - " could not complete the camera raw filter command because of a program error."

Liquify 필터 실행시 - " could not complete the Liquify command because the file is locked, you do not have necessary access permissions,

                                         or another program is using the file. "

 내츄럴 필터는 오류없이 실행되고 있습니다.

삭제하고 다시 설치해보고 해보았지만 계속적인 동일 오류 메세지가 나타나면서 실행이 안되고있습니다. ㅠ
