Can I use Kyle T. Webster brushes in Clip Studio Paint after my Creative Cloud subscription expires?

I have an active Creative Cloud subscription for After Effects (not Photoshop).

While logged into my Adobe account, I downloaded Kyle T. Webster's MegaPack brushes from Adobe's official website.

I imported the ABR files into Clip Studio Paint and use them for creating artwork.

Could you please clarify

1- Is it permitted to use these brushes in Clip Studio Paint?

2- If I cancel my Creative Cloud subscription in the future, may I continue using the brushes that I already downloaded?
