help with postioning watermark

포토샵 cc 사용중입니다.

이미지에 Png 파일(워터마크) 삽입시  바탕화면에서 드래그 해서 삽입을 합니다

그런데 새로 포토샵 cc 설치후 원래는 드래그 해서 원하는 위치에 놓으면 그 위치에 삽입이 됬는데

지금은 원하는 위치에 드래그 해서 놔도 가운데 위치로 삽입이 됩니다

원하는 위치에 삽입이 되게 하려면 어떻게 설정을 해야하나요?

Photoshop cc is in use.

When you insert a Png file (watermark) into an image, drag it from the desktop to insert it

However, after installing a new Photoshop cc, I originally dragged it and put it in the desired location

Now drag it to the desired position and insert it into the center position

How do I set it up so I can insert it where I want?
