On the change of front thickness in mac 맥 lcd 폰트 두꺼워짐 현상

I'm looking for a solution to the phenomenon that the font thickness becomes thicker as the file that I worked on from the window is converted to the mac lcd when I opened it on the mac.

If you know how to keep it the same thick, please share it

윈도우 환경에서 폰트 설정을 윈도우 lcd로 작업했던 파일을 맥에서 열어서 텍스트를 수정 할 경우,

맥 lcd로 변환 되면서 폰트가 두꺼워지는 현상의 해결법을 찾고 있습니다.

다시 윈도우에서 열어서 수정하면 얇아짐

방법을 아시는 분은 공유 부탁드립니다.
