I purchased a Photography plan...

I don't have any Beta items...

I've tried logging out of my account and logging back in,

I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app cleanly.

Still nothing.

Why is this happening?

The file ServiceConfig.xml in /Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE/Configs is probably causing the beta apps not to be displayed. You can edit the XML, or use the attached example (you may want to keep a copy, since there are other settings here your deployment team may have applied). More details in our documentation: https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/using/customize-creative-cloud-app.html
Note: reboot or restart the Creative Cloud background services with option+cmd+R after changing this file

그런데 앱의 좌측에 베타버전을 사용할 수 있는 카테고리가 안 보여요..;;;

 

포토그래피 플랜은 베타버전을 사용할 수 없는건가요??

 

베타 앱 자체가 웹이나 앱에서 아예 안 보여요;;

 

깔끔하게 지우고 새로 설치, 웹에서 로그아웃 및 재 로그인을 해도

 

포토샵 베타 버전, 베타 버전 카테고리가 아예 안 보입니다...

 

플랜을 업그레이드 해야하나요...??? 베타버전을 사용하려면...???

I don't see the beta app itself on the web or in the app at all;;

 

I've done a clean wipe, clean install, logged out of the web and logged back in.

 

I can't see Photoshop Beta, or the Beta category at all...

 

Do I need to upgrade my plan...????? How do I get access to beta versions...????
