특정 단축키만 적용이 안됩니다

특정 단축키만 적용이 안됩니다 클립 이동하는 커서 키, 그리고 몇몇키는 작동 하고 

컴퓨터 재부팅이랑 프로그램 재시작은 많이 해봤지만 동일한 증상으로 작업을 하지 못하고 있습니다.

Only certain hotkeys cannot be applied Cursor keys to move clips, and some keys work

I've tried rebooting the computer and restarting the program many times, but I can't work with the same symptoms.
