특정 H.264 MP4 영상이 프리미어 프로에서 오디오로 인식됩니다

다른 mp4 영상은 문제 없이 불러와집니다만,
특정 mp4 영상(상단 링크 참조)만 오디오로만 불러와지는 현상이 있습니다
해결 방법 아시는 분 계신가요..?
