프리미어 프로 화면전환 효과 cpu 사용률 100% 문제

rtx3070 입니다
그전에 잘 사용할때는 문제 없었는데 디졸브 효과나 화면전환 효과 쓸때 cpu가 100% 걸리며 그 부분만 버벅입니다 왜그런지 아시는분 있습니까?
