프리미어 2022 업데이트 이후 프로그램 느려짐+ 실행안됨

업데이트 이후 문제가 많이 생겨서 클라우드 전체 삭제 후 프리미어를 다시 다운로드하고 실행했는데 다른 프로그램은 아직 모르겠으나 프리미어는 실행 자체가 제대로 안돼서 문의 남깁니다.
